Make your DBSI loan repayments conveniently using the M-SELEN App or USSD. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to complete your repayment.

Choose Your Repayment Method

Use the M-SELEN application or dial the USSD code from your phone. Both methods allow you to make your DBSI loan repayment.

Method 1: M-SELEN App

Make a repayment directly from the M-SELEN application.

4 STEPS

Open M-SELEN

Open the M-SELEN app on your phone. On the home page, tap Other Bills.

Select Enter Biller Code

From the Other Bills screen, select Enter Biller Code.

Enter the repayment details

Enter biller code 229033. Then enter the reference as your Loan Number or Customer Name, followed by the repayment Amount.

Authorise the transaction

Enter your M-SELEN PIN to authorise the transaction.

Before you confirm

Check that the reference and repayment amount are correct before authorising the transaction.

Method 2: M-SELEN USSD

Use your phone's dialler to access M-SELEN without opening the application.

7 STEPS

Dial the USSD code

Dial *123# and press Call/Reply.

Select Payments

Choose option 5 — Payments. Press Call/Reply.

Choose Other Bills

Select option 4 — Other Bills. Press Call/Reply.

Enter the biller code

Enter biller code 229033. Press Call/Reply.

Enter the reference

Enter the reference as your Loan Number or Customer Name. Press Call/Reply.

Enter the amount

Enter your loan repayment amount and press Call/Reply.

Authorise your payment

Enter your 4-digit M-SELEN PIN to authorise the transaction.

Keep your PIN confidential

Enter your PIN privately when prompted. Never share your PIN with another person.
